When you receive your Superbox, there are a few steps that you can program your remote control and pair with your TV.
Step 1: Press the "OK" and "synchronously for 8 seconds until LED flashes to enter pairing state.
Tip: The remote control should be paired as the above two steps, and the pairing process takes about 15s. If pairing is failed:
1. please check if the remote control is too far away from the TV box;
2. or check if there is a problem with the battery or the remote control itself;
3. or please go to the "Bluetooth" of the System Settings to select RC-100 for pairing.
Step 2: Press the "OK" key.

is there a way to switch your remote from IR to RC?
I’m having trouble with my new super box perhaps I did not do all the setup in order that it should be. What should I do if anything about that? Also well like he gets some movies a lot. I cannot. A lot of the apps are unavailable or when I install them they say you need to uninstall such and so etc which I’m not sure which one that is. Can you help me set this up properly so I can actually watch, Netflix, Max, MGM+ ect. And watch any movie on demand that I want. Thank you in advance. Sincerely, Gordon
I have followed the instructions for paring my superbox remote with no results…..have been using for one yr with no problem but recently was unable to use the voice command button…watch several videos on line with out success…
