Can you please give me an alternative or option other then “were working on it”. I reached out 1 week ago and still trying to grasp why there has been no resolution. I’ve help you guys to sell at lest 12 elite boxes.

I have contacted you several times over my superbox elite losing all its elite apps and I cannot get them and the box is useless without the apps. Please help
